Billing and communication issue: I was told that I would only need to pay specific amount based on my insurance info that I provided. Now, they are sending me bill for additional $360 and claiming that “it doesn’t matter what the local center told me”. Please read the patient responsibility document. Also, Terry Moore from billing department was rude and kept interrupting during the call. However, Tim from the rehab center promised that he would retrain his staff on not misleading the patients. And Tim is great at PT.
Tim and his team are awesome! They helped me get back to 100% after a high ankle sprain that I sustained. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and fun. They made the rehab process much more enjoyable than I would’ve thought. Definitely recommend!
Place is tucked away, but I'm good w/directions. All are friendly, from scheduling to expertise of therapists. Kelly is my therapist, professional & easy to work with. Facility is very clean & cheery, lots of windows. Highly recommend:)
