Excel North has a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful team. Brynn helped me recover from my third baby and got me back to my regular physical activity levels.
Grace has been working with me to heal some chronic injuries that I have been dealing with for several years. She has patiently listened to me, found and assigned strength training exercises to pinpoint the injured muscles, dry needled problem spots, and slowly brought me back to doing the things I love to do, without pain. Grace and Excel North pop in my head often when I am happily cruising the trails with my dog with ability and pain free joy.

Love it here! They allowed me to keep moving. I continued to do the things I want to do. I am the owner of 9Round Kickboxing Fitness and was apprehensive about physical therapy because I needed to keep working. My forearms were in rough shape but are doing so much better and continuing to get better. The staff is friendly and professional! Would recommend to anyone who needs physical therapy or just wants to improve their wellbeing!
