DJ is the absolute best in the business. He's helped me through several different injuries over the years, and I would highly recommend him and his team at Excel North.
For nearly 2 years I have had the privilege to be treated by DJ Lahti, DPT at Excel North Physical Therapy & Performance. The whole group consists of a fun and knowledgeable PT’s. I would 1000/10 recommend them to anyone with TOS or any other PT needs. Thank you to DJ for being a consistent motivator over the last 2 years. We went through pre-op PT, 2 surgeries and 2 post-op PT stints over the last 24 months. My experience with DJ was nothing short of supportive, professional and intellectual.
Great Experience! I was having some shoulder pain on and off again for over year and finally decided to go to physical therapy for the first time to see if it could get it improved. I met with DJ Lahti and he was extremely professional and helpful. He listened to my concerns, asked what my goals were, tested my range of motion, and did a combination of dry needling, and home exercises. 10/10! Saw DJ for some pretty bad shoulder and bicep pain. Excel got me in fast, DJ is incredibly knowledgable. He discovered the root cause of my issue to fix my body for the long term. He even dry needled my shoulder which was crazy! Leanna at the front desk is very warm, friendly and welcoming. I’ll be referring all my friends to Excel North!
Excel North has a very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful team. Brynn helped me recover from my third baby and got me back to my regular physical activity levels.
