I originally contacted Jason to book a remedial massage for my husband. He contacted me and checked if my husband may want an alignment assessment instead to determine the cause of any issues. Have seen many hundreds of sports massage therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists and osteopaths over the years, so know a good practitioner when I see one. Very impressed with Jason's assessment and treatment, combining massage with osteopath techniques, along with chiropractic adjustments. Warming up the muscles before adjustments makes complete sense to increases the odds of an adjustment "sticking", rather than a "cold crunch" which so many do.
