I feel obligated to caution other parents. My child attended this center for nearly two years, and what began as a warm, supportive, and trusting experience completely unraveled. There was no consistent director for over a year, and the constant turnover of teachers and staff created chaos and instability for both children and families. Both of our kiddos have been going to this facility since they were 3 months old. There has been quite a bit of uncertainties and turnover over the past two years however, under Megan Hixson I’ve never felt more confident that this place is finally getting back on the right track. She loves the kids fiercely and my daughter looks forward to her hugs and shouting “love you” to her daily. To lose her would be a great disservice to the kids and staff alike. Megan Hixson has been the absolute best assistant director. Not only as an employee but as a parent with this company. I can confidently say that she does everything in her power so that this center runs smoothly. Childcare can’t always be reliable with staffing but since Megan has been in charge, there has been an increase in staff and coverage. Furthermore, amazing and reliable care for children.

Cooperate is very negligent to your complaints, my son got enrolled in early pre k program, I love the program itself and current teachers. I don't care for the high turnover rate and miss teachers and admin previously gone, I feel since we lost Stephanie things have got worst, so many great teachers and lunch staff left, I don't feel the love and family oriented space I use to feel. They let my 2 yr old walk out the front door un noticed, to be found by passerby. Removed my wifes review and buried the news article about the incident. They did not make any safety changes afterwards such as cameras or better secured doors. Do your research!
