When she first started, drop-off could be really hard because she would get very upset when I left. Her teachers have been so patient, loving, and reassuring, and they have turned drop-off into such a positive experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve had a wonderful experience with this daycare! The teachers are caring, patient, and welcoming. It means so much to know my child is in a place where they feel comfortable and cared for. I appreciate everything the staff does and would recommend this daycare to other families.
My name is Crystal, and I’m very disappointed with the way this daycare is managed. During my visits to Excel Learning Center, I personally witnessed the director, Macie Walker, belittling her staff in front of parents and even children. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. No one should be treated that way—especially in an environment that’s supposed to be positive and supportive for both staff and students.
