My name is Crystal, and I’m very disappointed with the way this daycare is managed. During my visits to Excel Learning Center, I personally witnessed the director, Macie Walker, belittling her staff in front of parents and even children. It was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. No one should be treated that way—especially in an environment that’s supposed to be positive and supportive for both staff and students. This childcare center is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff truly care about the children, and the environment is both fun and educational. The classrooms are always clean, organized, and full of engaging activities. The real star is the director—she is incredible! The school administration is very interactive with the students through various activities. They are also very communicative with parents, keeping them informed about any necessary information. The teachers care deeply for their children and are very interactive with them. When you walk into the building, you’re greeted with smiling faces and a loving energy.
