I had a very disappointing experience with this company. It feels extremely money-driven with little genuine respect for families. While most of the administrative staff are respectful, Jamie at the front desk is consistently unprofessional and it’s unclear why she is in that role. The front desk was often rude to my family when dropping my child off. My child cried every day at drop off he changed and wasn’t himself when I enrolled him there. He would rush me to leave and he’s never been that way. In the mornings classes would fill up and I’d have to walk my child from class to class trying to find a class for him to go to. Ms. Susy is an incredible teacher. She was the preschool teacher for my three oldest children. My children were ready for kindergarten by the time they finished preschool. She is an excellent teacher, and the impact she left on my children will last forever. Mrs. Miranda is also an excellent teacher and aide to Ms. Suzy.
