This place done went ALL the way downhill. Miss Jamie need to fix that nasty attitude before she clock in. Ain’t no director — and clearly they can’t keep one anyway. 2s room! Yeah… y’all need to WATCH them babies better. Whole place a mess. Glad we found somewhere else.

Unfortunately, Excel has gone downhill. Management used to be good, but things seem very different now. It feels like new rules are being created without much communication or consideration for families. If the center plans to rely on an app for updates and communication, it should work properly and be accessible to parents. Overall, communication has been lacking, and for the cost of care, the experience should be much better. Very disappointed in care overall.

I am very disappointed with the management of this daycare. With no warning a message was sent on the Lineleader app that changed the drop off cut off from 10am to 9:30 about a month ago. There was a wreck enroute to day care and after arriving at 9:36am, I was turned away at the door. No apology, no understanding of a wreck on the bridge that caused the delay, just your child cannot come in. Staff was friendly during the walk through, when they stated they had a few spots available pending staffing issues. So we rushed to complete the application process back in November and called a few times to check on the status while being that they were still dealing with staffing issues. It is now almost March and we still have not heard anything.
