My child attended this daycare for one month, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. 1. The facility is dirty — not just dated, but poorly maintained and unhygienic, which is unacceptable for a childcare setting. 2. The front office staff, especially a woman named Jamie, was consistently rude and unprofessional. 3. The billing department is completely unresponsive and ignores calls regarding important issues. 4. Teachers are okay but it’s a horrible daycare. Management is awful. They never can answer any questions. New assistant director Jamie has the worse attitude and talks back when you have a question about Your child’s billing. I reached out to their higher ups and haven’t hear anything yet. This is my fake profile because i submitted my week notice and I don’t want any issues before I leave. Hire management that’s friendly and helpful .
I have three boys that have went to Excel, one currently still attending. The staff are welcoming, the building is clean and smells nice, age appropriate rooms and toys, educational plans posted in the rooms and friendly user app with details about every day your child attends are some of the great things about this daycare. My 4 year old enjoys going to “school” and seeing his teachers. He loves the field trips with the NC PreK class. I have had my daughter enrolled at Excel #6 since she was 9 weeks old and we love it. The staff is so friendly and nice.
My child has been very happy here for several years. She feels safe and happy with the teachers and staff and we're grateful to have found such good care.
