My granddaughter goes here for pre-k and I love it.
We love the staff and administration at Excel 12! Both of my boys love going to school every day and I can go about my day knowing they are well taken care of! The infant teachers are loving and I know my son gets the snuggles he needs. Mrs Kelli and Mrs Sherica are exceptional at what they do and I am so grateful my oldest got placed with them for NCPK and have no doubt they will lead him to a successful transition into kindergarten!
I came in for a tour.. made it clear how quickly I needed to get my daughter started and was told it was no issue. called twice to check on my status and was told I’d hear back.. it’s now been 2 weeks and they never reached back out. Seaside academy did reach out and had my daughter started the following day… they are amazing. Really disappointed in how excel handled everything.. or the lack of handling
This daycare needs some serious improvement! My child has only been here for about 2 months and I am not impressed. Number one their tuition is higher than most centers in the area, and the service however is less than mediocre! This morning my husband went to drop off our child and the center told us she could NOT stay bc they have a shortage of teachers AND then said we still had to pay for the day!!! The nerve are you kidding??? Is that ethical or seriously even legal to charge us when you turn us away and refuse service?... read more
