My daughter has been here since she was 3 years old having transfer from excel 9. At times it’s been rough like every job they go through changes and everyone needs grace and patients. This place has become a second family to me. I will miss them when I’m gone.
It was a long road to get here. I have learned patience and understanding this past year. This facility has faced many challenges and obstacles and the employees have faced a lot of growing pains from all the changes. My youngest daughter has been attending Excel 10 since she was 18 months old, and my older two children participated in the summer camp last year—and they’ll be going again this year! Both of my daughters have had an amazing experience here at Excel 10. Mrs Gail at the front desk is amazing with all children and parents always a delightful interaction with all the staff here.
I had high hopes when enrolling my child here, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. It’s clear that this daycare lacks the experience needed to provide a safe, reliable, and nurturing environment for children. First, the staffing issues are alarming. Workers seem to call out constantly, leaving the daycare understaffed and my child shuffled around to accommodate the shortages.
