Both my kids (14 & 12) have been going to Excel since late spring and have benefited greatly. Their strength, cardio and skill level have improved greatly from the training. But, what I like best is the kids really enjoy going. The coaches at Excel push them hard but also make it a lot of fun. They usually leave the training sweaty and smiling!
My daughter loved the training and made some great progress! We will definitely go back!
Excel Hockey Development has not only made my son a better hockey player, it's reignited his passion for the game. The training is incredible and the results are indisputable.
