I wish I could give zero stars. This was the most disorganized and unprofessional mortgage experience I’ve ever had—my 5th home purchase, and by far the worst. This should be a happy, exciting experience with an experienced, professional team who takes the stress off of a buyer, not adds continual speed bumps, rework and frustration. They consistently missed details, made mistakes and dismissed our concerns about their lack of attention to details and inaccuracies.
