Just walked out of here, lady was very helpful to dissuade me from getting a loan. Did not feel my presence was important to their business. Apparently someone that does not live with me has to verify I live in my address. I dont know. Just felt very disappointed, and I was not even told bye or sorry. I was given the silent treatment.
I highly recommend Excel Finance ( Mission location) , great customer service despite your Finacial circumstances they go out of their way to help you . Thank you Mrs.Sanchez for your hard work and dedication to your customers .
