Toula has been absolutely wonderful throughout the sale of our family home. Her ongoing support during what was a difficult time has been a great comfort to our family. While there were a few hiccups along the way, Toula guided us through every step with professionalism, patience, and ease. She was always friendly, approachable, and reassuring, making the entire process much less stressful. We truly appreciate everything she has done for us and highly recommend her services.

Recently purchased a house where Excel operated as Conveyancer for owner. Personally found them to be rude, inflexible and accusatory. Definitely would not recommend.
