I found out about this company at the international market. Alhaytham did my taxes in 2018 and 2019. Back then I only had one w-2 and my taxes were simple. In 2020 I was self employed. So when he did my taxes I ended up owing almost 20k. I asked him to set up a payment plan with IRS. He instead processed the entire payment to be debited the next business day.
