Avoid this firm. Ian Gee gave incompetent legal counsel that borders on malpractice (in my opinion). The HOA in Crosstimber Ranch in Garden Valley, Idaho, hired attorney Ian Gee some years ago to advise about creating amendments to the CC&Rs regarding building requirements. Did good work initially but insanely slow at getting back to me. Never responded to follow up and had to seek help elsewhere.
