Scott is fantastic. Every time I have seen him I have left feeling like a new person. Both the massage treatment and the health and fitness advice alongside as a bonus are top notch. He works incredibly hard to try and make sure you don’t need to come back!
I have been suffering with minor neck and back pain and I wanted to catch what was happening early on. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and professional with me - explained everything in great detail, but in a way I could understand. I came away from the appointment feeling very satisfied and when I asked Scott when I should next come back, he told me that if I stuck to the exercises he recommended then I shouldn't need to - this goes a long way for me as it shows he is here to genuinely help and not just take my money.
Great work from Scott at Exceed health. Had some issues with my ankle and he was able to improve my performance after one treatment. 5 starts and highly recommend his services.
Welcoming, professional and very knowledgable, Scott has all the tools needed and more. Great tips and diagrams on recovery exercises aswell.
Very impressed with the work on my shoulder, highly recommend.Coming back next week...
