This company put a fraudulent charge through on my credit card. I called and was able to obtain the invoice. It had the wrong address, wrong postal code and wrong name. It should not have gone through unless they didn't have the AVS security features on their card machine or they turned them off to allow this transaction through. I've been coming here for a long time. The staff have always been friendly, and they carry many products that are hard to find in Vancouver. They are very professional and have a deep understanding of the products.
Had a problem with my new clipper blade,they replaced it..very friendly staff
