Customer Service at Its Finest! I can’t say enough good things about Exalted E-Bikes in High Point. These guys have earned a customer for life. My first experience with them was about two weeks before I even purchased a bike. I stopped in looking for a bolt for one of my older e-bikes, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. Great experience! I chose this shop because of Matthew who did a great job of explaining all of the features and benefits of each bike I was looking at. Not pushy very laid back and allowed me to make the final decision based on what I felt best suited my needs. Also a very large stock of bikes in stock. Todd the owner also went out of his way to help me when I came in to pickup my bike, helped me adjust my bike rack and load my new bike.
They have a large selection of bikes and excellent service. Very informative and friendly helpful service.
I was looking for a Meetone electric Trike and found Exalted E-Bikes located in High Point, NC. I had reached out via their messaging app within their website and Todd immediately responded. He let me know what he had in stock and told me I could test drive if I wanted to.
