I found the experience of purchasing my etrike from Exalted bikes was well worth the 30 minute drive to High Point, even though I could have purchased the same trike through Amazon or through the company's own website for the same price. But I would not have been able to sit on the trike to determine which seat was actually better for me, compare the difference in size other than published measurements, and have the trike put together by someone with experience that actually knew what they were doing.
