Brought a scooter in that I bought 2 months ago. Throttle body had broke on it, one of the guys told me they didn’t know if they’d cover it and it was up to the manufacturer, told him it was supposed to have a 1 year warranty for all parts. The guy told me that he would take care of it and be ready Monday and this was last Friday. Did a perfect job,very happy with their response to the situation. Thank you Todd.(got a lot of peace in mind knowing my son is not riding something broken.)
I keep saying that I am going to write a review for so many vendors but I never get around to it...but this is different. The late Wayne Dyer had a famous saying that, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care ... about them." Before meeting Todd at Exhalted E-bikes, my experience at bike shops was incredibly ... lackluster!!! Nobody REALLY cared about ME, regardless of how much money I was spending. Exalted E-Bikes is the most awesome place in the world to purchase an e-bike from. Todd and Mathew are great to work with; they both possess the most extensive knowledge about e-bikes that I have ever encountered. I purchased 3 e-bikes from Exalted E-Bikes for myself and the family. I would only recomend Exalted E-Bikes to anyone that is cosiderding purchsing an e-bike.
