I’ve should’ve knocked on wood a couple of times before letting Jay pick up my bike for a simple oil change and couple of hardware and controller installs; As it’s been originally noted and quoted to take a couple of days to do on JULY 22. I’ve contacted numerous times for an update, no answers for hours, days even weeks as if there wasn’t a job paid to do. This past winter season Jay and the team at Exalt Cycles provided exceptional; Customized service when fixing issues, performing a tune up and installing turn signals on my new Talaria Sting e-motorcycle. I took my new bike in with issues regarding the stock electric throttle malfunctioning and not responding smoothly. This made riding difficult and unpredictable. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH I paid this guy for a conversion 2 years ago. Claimed shipping delays and excuse after excuse. Went to small claims and got a judgment for my money. Haven't seen a dime returned. He has other judgments against him as well and is not recognized by the BBB. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY
After reading all the comments with one star, They describe Jason well.He always take your money and keep making excuses and promises.I really thought Jason was an up standing guy but he's not.He's money hungry never keep up to his promises.I will report his business, what he's doing to customers is very wrong.
