Exactax LLC (Metairie) prepared and filed my taxes on March 20, 2025. After reviewing my taxes I emailed the company about 5 questions. Their response was " too busy until after April 15." I called and said this was too late as they did the return a few weeks ago and that by that time if there were any issues I would have to file an amended return. Therefore, stopping to answer the 8 questions you had would not make a difference if it was done that day or after April 15th.
