Filed my taxes January 26th. Today is October 12th. I still do not have my refund. Not getting any solid information and seeing all the other reviews now showing since I filed have made my stomach turn.
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this tax preparer and would not recommend them to anyone. They scammed me out of money and were extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. First, they gave me an estimated return that I was happy with, but then the IRS contacted me and said there was an error on their end. I suspect that the tax preparer was trying to get me more money than I was actually entitled to by finessing the IRS.
