I just wanted to mention that while I am really glad I've lost 10 pounds, the weight is just a small thing. I'm over 70 so I no longer want to be model thin, but I want to look my best, but the big things are: I no longer take any antacids, my blood pressure is back to normal ( it was never high enough to medicate but close) my complexion has cleared up ( could just be my age finally, but I've waited many years). Joining EWYN was the best decision i made 2 years ago. I have lost 150lbs and i owe it to Shawna who has supported me with my weight loss journey. She was there when i thought it was impossible and having hard days crying and for every success. Since she herself has been down the same journey, she understood what i needed and i always felt comfortable with her. I still go in and get my protein and advise :)
Shawna and staff are Awesome! Have helped me stay motivated to achieve my goal. Always have great recipes and help to make healthy choices to stay on track A+
