I want to give a big shout out to Chrissy and her staff at the Chatham location. I started my journey in October and reached my goal this month. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and kind they will get you where u want to be and work hard along side of you. They are always making you laugh and smile even on the days you want to cry plateaus can be very frustrating and they make it so much easier. Thanks girls
I've been with ewyn studio in sarnia for 5-6weeks.... The first 2-3weeks were rough but now I'm starting to see results like never before, I will be hitting my 25lbs down this week and I couldnt feel better. I love learning new recipes and enjoying food in a healthy new ways.
