This was probably the best experience I have had in a very long time. Not only the gratification of the weight loss that I achieved but the friendships I have made with Carol-Anne & Tara-Lee. When I felt overwhelmed or like giving up they really pushed me to stay on track and I’m down 45 pounds to prove it. Can’t take them enough for this.
This program is very successful if you follow it. The support is amazing and available 6 days a week if you want to go everyday to chat with the support staff you can.
