Excellent atmosphere and staff! Marcie was very helpful, very encouraging and has a ton of positive energy. The program was for my daughter who ended up losing 40lbs and one year later is maintaining it well. The plan makes you look at food different, plan your meals and know the impact of your choices. What an incredible weight loss studio. Marcy and Diane listen to all the needs of their clients and are helpful along the way. The meal plans are easy to follow and fit into my lifestyle. I’m always satisfied with the portions and never go feeling hungry. I would highly recommend checking out the Leamington studio if you are looking to start a weight loss journey with fantastic coaches.
