Ewyn is an excellent program !! It is well designed and easy to follow. The products are fantastic, high quality and taste great. The coaches are supportive and helpful and do understand what it is like to struggle. They help you set realistic goals and are there to help in any way they can. I would HIGHLY recommend this program to anyone who is serious about losing weight. It is well worth every penny and will change your life !!!
1 year update (April 2025): I lost the goal of 20 pounds with the diet (ceased my check-ins by week 7/10—I knew I could manage it myself by that point). This process took an incredible amount of self-discipline and I'm not gonna lie, it sucked in a lot of ways. Who would have thought that less than 8 months ago I would be down 68.2 lbs and fitter than I've been in years - certainly not me.
