The Ewyn Weight-Loss studio in Red Deer completely changed my life around and helped me figure out my health priorities. I eat much better now and exercise (walk, hike, bike) much more regularly. Thanks to the owner, Vanessa, for getting me on the right track. Vanessa helped my with the my erroneous ways. I now watch what I put into my body and am quite conscious of portions. It’s amazing what happens when I only eat what I need and not what I want. Thanks Vanessa for being a wonderful coach and health mentor.
I Love Ewyn & the staff that work there. The girls are Very supportive, Every Step of the Way. No matter what questions I asked, the answer were always honest & informative. This live style change works, I followed the plan and hit my goal a month early and have been maintaining since, it has been 2 months later. I enjoyed going to the studio its a friendly place and very supportive, I will still be going back for visits
