Tonight my my in-laws and I were parked outside the studio waiting for my spouse to come out of another store! The woman who was in the studio putting the blinds down. You could tell she was yelling at someone. She goes outside to her car while still yelling and slams the door and also slammed her car door and heads back into the workout studio. The Program works! It's a commitment to yourself! Coaches are awesome at keeping you on track to your goals. This program is using foods that we buy everyday not buying into meal plans which was important to me. I wud recommend ewyn Strathroy!
Great staff who really care. Easy to follow programms... Its not "cheap" but its worth the money. It works and you can maintain it when you are done. High reccoemend.
