Brantford EWYN was the perfect way to get my body back. The coaching team and daily visits keep you on track and help you maneuver the journey. When I thought it was too many carbs and protein I tried avoiding. They reminded me that there was a proven track record and in my case I had been starving myself of those items. Once I truly embraced the diet the weight came off. Thank you ladies. Two years and still happily the size you helped me regain. I’ll be forever grateful!
All of the ladies who work here are amazing! They are extremely supportive and very well educated regarding the program. I've never felt better and my doctor says my blood work has not been this good in decades!
