Always polite and willing to answer any questions and order any parts. Had to update. Recently purchased a 3s traxxas battery. Got home and found it to be a used battery. When I returned to swap it out I was told no returns. Won't be returning. I will order online from now on.

Came in for plastic model putty, as I’m a scratch model builder. They were currently out of stock but they had some on order. While I was there I found some small R/C aircraft parts and purchased them. I found the store overall well stocked and staff friendly. I normally build 1/25 scale armor and military trucks. For a small town shop they are trying very hard to have something for all hobbyists
