family has large land tracts of several hundred acres that I had a meeting with one of the gentlemen about. a month later I hadn't had any feedback so I went back to the office. Spoke with another gentleman that time and he assured me I would hear back the following week. that was a month or more ago and still no contact.
Beware!! Does not honor contract. Did not clear cut according to contract. Left to stacks of trees and blamed it on trucking company. 30 years of timber skimmed over. Not hardly any loads high dollar timber. Said hardwood too knotty.
