If you have ever wanted to take a food photography course, this is a spectacular course. It is 4 days filled with high impact learning, great food and in a lovely country environment. This course is for beginners to advanced. You learn food artistry, compassion and post processing (Lightroom or Capture One). Ewen and Shellie are fantastic host and teachers. Can't wait to take another class with Ewen and Shellie.
Daylesford Workshop was everything and then some...My expectations were high and they were not only met but exceeded. The level of detail, the information given, the food, the shooting, the eating, the advice and the amount of one on one time made this workshop a truely unique experience that I can NOT recommend enough.

I was lucky enough to nab a spot in the 2023 food photography workshop in Daylesford due to a cancellation. The entire weekend was intense with regards to learning and gaining knowledge, while also feeling like a luxury getaway with (new) friends. The photography weekend in Daylesford was wonderful! Shellie and Ewen organised SO much for us. A weekend of photography learning for beginners to professionals, everyone was treated the same. A small group allowed experience to be transparent, support for each other, and shared knowledge. The food was amazing, yes we ate it after we too ALL the photos!
