The staff is really friendly. The staff gets five stars. However, comparing to the ither Trader Joes ive shopped at I found the selection and size of this trader.Joe's a little underwhelming, especially for a community as big as Chico. And as such, you can imagine, it's pretty much always crowded.And I mean really crowded. They pretty much have all the basic stuff you come to rely on from Trader Joe's, but thats about it. They've got great prices on stuff, and the bathrooms were really clean.

I’ve noticed the staff are not customer centered, they won’t move out of aisles, stand around blocking it, or cut you off while you’re browsing. The selection is pretty good, cleanliness ok. Lines move pretty quickly, My complaints aren’t that much.

Trader joes what happened? I used to love shopping here when my kids were little. The store was clean and chill staff. When I came back into Cali as of the last year the store is not as clean. Ik a lot has to do with to many ppl in our State now and "homeless "I was homeless and did not act bad . I have food allergies and staff is constantly on the floor eating and even management is eating out of their pockets! The cash register areas are dirty too:(

Let’s be honest. People have spent years defending the frozen aisle, the $2.99 wine, the bamboozling snack duopoly. But more and more people are waking up to one ugly truth about so much of their food and it sums up in a single word: slop. Overpackaged. Overhyped. Underwhelming. Processed mush dressed up in Hawaiian shirts. The ‘cookie butter’ industrial complex has us treating rehydrated corn slurry like a farmers market find.
