Despite other reviews, the company I work for has had a very poor experience working with ewald fleet services. Horrible customer service..... the account manager we worked with was nearly impossible to get any kind of timely response from. Furthermore, when requesting a vehicle, they would essentailly ignore the request of the vehicle we wanted and pushed us on a vehicle we weren't interested in. Despite giving us a sales pitch that they could source any vehicle for us. This is just the tip of the iceberg and I could go on ... read more
