I battle long term bone spurs in both heels and am still an active runner. I need help managing and reducing the inflammation without having to completely stop my current routine. Hannah and EWMT are great!
Hanna at the Meadowbrook location is 💯. She takes time to listen to what you are dealing with and always knew the exact exercises/stretches that I needed for that particular day. And she is easy to talk to, it is never awkward with her. She makes you feel comfortable! I am so thankful for how she has helped me with my lower back!
