I have taken Pilates reformer classes at EW Fit with the instructor, Ivy Spencer, for over 15 years. Her ability to diagnose issues and help correct them is spot on. Every class I have ever taken has been beneficial in so many ways! I have also been a long time client of both EW therapy.
