Terrible Place - I used to be a customer, drove all the way from long island to file my tax in person. This year I called and they offered to file online for me. Screwed me big time and customer service lady is very disrespectful and unprofessional. I truly regret filling with them and this is my last time. they never called me back to let me know if my taxes are done or not. I had to keep reaching out to them severally to no avail. OMG this is from my heart. i feel so hurt.
