I had 2 sessions with Evonne to help with birth and hospital anxiety. During my labour I was able to remain relatively calm and to relax during contractions. Things progressed relatively smoothly and I had an uncomplicated delivery with a little gas for pain relief. I felt so positive and empowered after my birth experience which is what I'd hoped to achieve. I also felt comfortable, safe and well cared for at the hospital with none of the anxiety I was so concerned would come up. Thank you so much for your support.
