THE GUYS ARE REAL PROS
I am very disappointed in Evolve. I paid up front for a years worth of hormone therapy services and it’s a total waste! The labs went fine, the initial call with the patient intake coordinator was fine and I was told that I’d be able to receive all of the hormones I was previously taking but had to switch providers because of a new job. I met with Dr Martin and all she wanted to discuss was my weight and pre-diabetes. I have a PCP, I don’t need that kind of information. I signed up for hormone therapy! I’m appalled and surprised by all of the 5-star reviews. I paid money, did the labs, and got the prescriptions. However, I approved refills thinking that I would also get answers to my questions. It has now been over a week and I have received no answers to my questions and had no follow up from the patient care specialist as promised. This company, in my opinion, is far from providing excellent customer service.
