I worked with Blake at Evolve for 6 months leading up to the completion of my first marathon, and I could not recommend him or the experience more! I used to suffer from intense back pain after every round of golf. It led me to only play a couple times of year. In just two short months of working with Blake aT Evolve, my flexibility has drastically increased, and my back pain has gone away. Blake is also great about keeping you accountable to your workouts to make sure you hit your goals. Highly recommend.
This has been amazing! I’m not perfect and I miss sometimes but this is keeping me fit and keeping me going! Dr Blake Barbera is great and inspiring. I love knowing I can talk to him at any time and get answers to ensure I’m doing this right!
Evolve was a great experience! I have worked with both Blake, most currently, and Alex in the last few years. Here, they don’t focus on just one aspect of your body, but that as a whole in which they customize a program to meet your individual needs… Can’t say enough!
We have nothing but great things to say about Blake at Evolve! Great communication, great one-on-one environment, convenient, easy to follow app-based personalized plan, and most importantly, great results! My husband and I are both now pain free and reaching our goals!
