I cannot rave about Evolve enough!! For YEARS, I’ve had lower back pain that I thought I had to live with. It interfered with my daily life. I couldn’t lift weights in the gym anymore. Even small tasks like changing sheets, unloading the dishwasher, and mopping would cause my back pain to flare for days after. Dr. Blake is nothing short of a wizard - in two sessions he managed to aid and direct substantial recovery over a four month old injury that has been hampering my confidence and training. He’s personable, accommodating, and incredibly insightful.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Blake for a couple of issues with my right shoulder that I began experiencing while weight lifting that began to also affect my daily life.
