Two years ago, I embarked on a journey with Dr. Annika Michaels to get stronger and more fit. Annika is amazing. She is extremely knowledgable about how the body works (or in my case does not work) - what movements and exercises will best benefit the individual. Annika is a body detective - constantly evaluating the client's physical needs - even if they are unaware of their own structural challenges - and adjusting exercises to help improve body strength, alignment, balance and more. Annika is an amazing physical therapist who treats the whole body and its systems to find the underlying cause of my pain. She has a wealth of knowledge to share! It is a whole new concept to me but she is more than willing to answer all and any questions! She provided me with hope again to deal and figure out how to deal with my chronic pain.
