I had heard so many wonderful things regarding Evolve, however my experience was not the same as others. My first appt was promising but after each subsequent appt I felt ignored, dismissed and not valued as a patient. I was never given a treatment plan after the first appt to show me how to continue any exercises to progress. Very disappointed!
I work at a desk for too long during the day and have a lot of upper back/neck pain. I LOVE coming in and seeing Melissa for a deep tissue, manual appointment. My goodness. What a blessing. I come in feeling stiff and leave with so much better range of motion. There have been times I've worked too much to where I can hardly turn my head left, right, up, and down, but after a 1hr session with Melissa at Evolve all that movement comes right back. I highly recommend this place to ANYONE and everyone. Very thankful for them!!
The absolute best for group fitness strength training classes with a sprinkle of cardio! All the trainers are great, and work with all levels of strength and mobility! The PT side is just as amazing! The owners and employees are in it for the right reasons… to get you moving without pain so you don’t have to keep coming back!!
