Sarah is amazing and I am so impressed with her knowledge. I was having chronic and persistent calf pain with running. She did a running analysis and helped identify why that may be happening. She also gave me so many strengthening exercises that are applicable to my weaknesses and preventing future injury. She also treated my acute pain with massage and dry needling, which gave me so much relief and I could get back to running. Thank you, Sarah! I couldn’t recommend highly enough.
