My friend and I came here a couple weekends ago as part of a belated birthday celebration. When we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were pleasant. They showed us to the change rooms and told us to sit in the waiting area once we were changed so they could give us a tour since it was our first time. We waited and nobody came to get us to show us around. Finally, we asked the bartender and she gave us a brief tour and showed us to the thermal spa. We visited your space about a month ago & left feeling lifted, recharged & relaxed! We had Maddi taking care of us and her outstanding charm was worth the trip in. She made sure we were taken care of on all fronts and we truly felt she was a master in her craft! We will return - & thank you again Maddi, for making our experience 10/10. Lovely facility.
Absolutely horrible atmosphere, I walked in today with my son looking for a different shop, but not only was I not greeted by anyone in the store, the music blasting was some of the most vulgar gangster rap I have ever heard being played in public, let alone a wellness clinic, and I’m all for listening to gangster rap from time to time, but why is any store -specifically a WELLNESS CLINIC - blasting the most vulgar gangster rap I have ever had the displeasure of standing there with my 4 year old listening to, literally repea... read more
