I always have an amazing experience with Janine. She is so good at her job and you can tell she loves what she does. An amazing massage therapist.
I had 1 massage booked a week ago and she canceled on me 45 mins before, claiming she wasn't feeling well. Ok fine I understand, and will reschedule. I booked for the following Friday for noon, and yet again 50 mins prior I get a text claiming she's not feeling well. It's 11am at this point and you would have known that morning if you weren't feeling well and could have sent out an earlier text, or not have accepted my appt to begin with.
