I have been a very loyal patient at this clinic for a long time, always attending my appointments and even recommending many others to come here. This was the first time I ever had to cancel, and it was because I had a cold and high fever — I did not want to risk spreading the virus to staff and patients. Instead of understanding the situation, the clinic immediately deducted $25 from my credit card without even sending me a reminder or confirmation message like every other clinic, doctor, or specialist does.
