This is by far the worst credit union in El Paso TX, from customer service to convenience, they do not back-up members who purchase from illegitimate merchants your basically on your own. The call center is condescending and some what rude. I would not recommend this credit union to anyone several friends and even former employees have nothing but bad experiences just check there reviews.
Why is it so hard to do mobile deposits? I always have to submit the same deposit multiple times before it is accepted. Called to see why it is so difficult, with no result other than, to resubmit the deposit. Waste of time.
Worst bank that i have ever been too, there's always issues with their atm, either the machine is down or it will be such a struggle to insert any kind of bills and it always gets rejected
*update!* I payed off my loan and they proceeded to charge me fees for the savings acct they required me to open so that they could squeeze a little more out of me before I for it closed. OG post: Will be leaving soon. Fees on fees on fees for everything. It is getting ridiculous. On top of this, I refinanced with them and asked several times if I would be done the same time as my old loan. I found out they actually tacked on TWO more years.
