This place has been the worst bank never get paid on My days I'm supposed to and they close for just about any reason it's always at the worst time possible when I have things to pay wouldn't recommend
Lured in with good interest rates and after paying for years, I begin to get charged $9.00 a month to have an account??? As you can see on the reviews here they don't even care. Not one response to the reviews. Don't refinance at evolve! Beware of HIDDEN FEES.
This place is horrible. Customer service is terrible. I refinanced my vehicle and everything was great until after I signed. Their payment method is just ridiculous, you have to jump through hoops for something so simple. Whatever you do, DO NOT go here!! It isn’t worth the headache.
Talk about everything wrong with this place.. Safe your self all the headaches..
Zero customer service support. Staff seems like they're doing you a favor (specially at the west side branch). Always with a bad attitude. Zero help.
