Prior to my appt. I contacted Erin to let her know I was there and the code to open the gate wasn't working, she advised I was at the wrong place, to use waze and her address was in my confirmation email. She was very rude and abrupt. I advised her I did use waze and I have her correct address. It took me a couple minutes and I was able to find her location without any help from her.
