I have been going to Erin for Remedial massage on a regular basis. The difference it has made to my health and movement is amazing. I had a few years of stress, and sleep issues which caused many body and health issues. Erin's massage has been a really important part of my journey to wellness.
Erin is a really experienced therapist. She knows what my body needs and I always leave feeling relaxed and released, she makes you feel so comfortable. Highly recommend
Highly recommend, had an ongoing issue with my shoulder due to years of weight lifting / gym. Erin identified the issue straight away, after the first session I felt instant relief and by the second visit I now have 90% mobility of my shoulder from starting with almost nothing. Im very Happy that I'm back into normal with my training 💪. Will keep monthly visits going to keep me maintained.
